Chennai: Pursuing its innovative ’15 in 15’ network strategy in India, Mercedes-Benz today created a new benchmark in the network expansion drive in the luxury car segment, by inaugurating three state-of-art new outlets in Chennai. Titanium Motors presented a new world-class dealership, an exclusive City Showroom and a state-of-art service centre all in one day. The inaugurations in Chennai will be followed by two new outlets in Calicut tomorrow. Partnering with VST Group, Mercedes-Benz India now boasts of five luxury car outlets in Chennai, the highest for any luxury car maker in the city. The three new outlets of Titanium Motors were inaugurated by Eberhard Kern, Managing Director & CEO, Mercedes-Benz India and Arun Surendra, Managing Director, Titanium Motors.

Created over a span of seven months, the sprawling new showroom of Titanium Motors is spread over an area of 25,000 sq. ft. The dealership is located in South Chennai at 148/K, Old Mahabalipuram Road, Okkiyam, Thoraipakkam, and has been created with an investment of Rs. 180 million (18 Crores). Titanium Motors has been conceived to offer an exciting and memorable ‘Mercedes-Benz experience’ to customers. The facilities offered are: driver’s lounge, drive-in valet service, a luxurious customer lounge, plush Cafe Mercedes along with 15 cars on display. Some other facilities of this luxurious dealership that can be availed by the customers are finance and insurance solutions, a dedicated boutique for accessories and wheel configurator, and other lifestyle merchandise. The dealership’s innovative lighting solutions, use of plush furniture, overall branding and décor spells of modern luxury and creates an ubiquitous environ of luxury which is synonymous with brand Mercedes-Benz globally.
Chennai City Showroom:
The luxurious and exclusive City Showroom of Titanium Motors is located in the heart of the city and in one of the most iconic buildings of Chennai- the Gove Building. Originally called the Cuddon Building and built in 1916, and now owned by the VST Group since 1943 the ‘Gove building’ has the distinction of being an automotive showroom, ever since. The building is most ornate in character, with a massive 90 feet tall frontage, 18 feet tall plate-glass windows and built with stones. Gove Building’s interiors have been tastefully transformed to reflect modern luxury synonymous with Mercedes-Benz, globally. This iconic stone building now houses one of the most iconic automotive brand and boasts of having the finest automobile showroom of the country. The 15,000 sq. ft. spread Titanium Motors City Showroom is located on the most important arterial road in Anna Salai and will facilitate new car sales, accessories sales and finance and insurance programmes. The City Showroom boasts of a plush customer lounge and Café Mercedes for the customers. Titanium Motors Service Centre:
Underscoring the importance of world-class servicing as the key enabler to customer satisfaction, Titanium Motors has created a state-of-art service centre. Built with an investment of INR 250 million, the massive 45,000 state-of-art service centre and body shop is located strategically at Perungudi Industrial Estate, offering ease of access for customers. Titanium Motors’ service facility was created over a span of 10 months and boasts of being one of the largest service centre by Mercedes-Benz in South India. The Titanium Motors’ service facility has an impressive 27 servicing bays capable of servicing around 6000 cars per year and employs 50 dedicated and dexterous personnel to take care of customer requirements. The service centre will undertake all service requirement including body and paint jobs. Titanium Motors has highly qualified, experienced and dedicated team of committed personnel who will take care of all the service requirements of Mercedes-Benz customers.
